My name is Jason,
I’m 18 years old and play for the Hilton College 1st Tennis Team.
I am passionate about tennis and I am passionate about people who don’t have access to Bibles.
Join us in our Tennis for Lives campaign this Friday the 28th July , as we play 24 hours of tennis (2pm Friday til 2pm Saturday) to raise valuable funds for this cause. We aim to complete 192 games of tennis, raising R300 per game to fund 230 Bibles for people in Malawi who have never read the Bible in their own language – Chichewa!
The funds raised will be going to Footprints into Africa.

Story
Footprints into Africa is a nonprofit organization based in Kwa-Zulu Natal, South Africa.
Established by Bishop Warwick Cole-Edwardes, a well-known preacher throughout Africa for over three decades now, who has made it his life’s mission to spread the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ into Africa and beyond.
Below is a quote from the Bishop himself about the community in Malawi that the funds are being raised for.
“It’s in a very poor area of Malawi, and because there is no running water in the area, we have put in a borehole to provide fresh water for them. We have also started four churches in the outlying areas but sadly none of the leaders have a bible, they all have to share one. So you providing bibles will be providing their greatest need at the moment. We have two trained pastors that we trained at my bible college, and they run the churches and have asked me to do all I can to ask me to get bibles for the churches that they have started”
